Support Specialist Unit

TROI provides a 24 Hour 7 Day a week Support Unit to assist our clients as well as the general public with information

Professionalism, Courtesy and Security Sensitivity through our State of the Art Tactical Operations Center (T.O.C), Dispatch Unit & 

Support Specialists Unit (S.S.U.)

Our various Units effectively respond to every alarm call, client concern, incidents, and many other matters as the proper dispatch unit

receives the call. Once a call is received our telephone operator immediately transfers to the appropriate Unit Dispatch Specialist. We

Prisoner Transport Unit

Here at TROI we work close hand with various Law Enforcement Agencies of all sizes. We provide training and manpower to cover all there needs. From support to prisoner transport and K-9 services. Our highly trained professionals come from various backgrounds to include former law enforcement, military and private contractors. We work close-hand with our partners from Malak K9 Tactical in South Carolina, to train and re-certify our manpower in order for them to provide you the best services on the market.

Prisoner Transport Unit are highly specialized with company clearance which undergo a thorough background screening, medical and physical fitness. Our PTU Agents according to our clients needs are fully equipped with the latest technology and weapons both lethal and non-lethal. Our Agents wear a body cam with a live feed to our Agencies Tactical Operations Center were it is monitored and recorded for the safety of the Agents and the prisoners to and from transport.
